1. About Us
HT Fiit Ltd is a women's fitness studio operating under the trading name “HT Fiit Studios”, registered in England and Wales. Our studio is located at The rear of - 25, 27 Horns Rd, Ilford IG2 6BN.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HT Fiit Studios website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
3. Membership Terms
Membership is based on a minimum three month agreement. The full three months must be purchased to receive the listed rate, and the membership cannot be cancelled early.
Membership billing occurs on the 1st of every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in that period. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
Membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events and classes offered by HT Fiit Studios, though some classes or events may be excluded. Unless otherwise noted, memberships are non transferable.
4. Sessions and Rollovers
Sessions cannot roll over into the following month. Members have full flexibility to move sessions within the same month.
5. Pausing and Cancellation
Pausing or cancelling the membership requires 30 days' notice, with a minimum of 14 days. Any notice under 14 days will result in the following month's payment still being charged.
This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full three month minimum must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
6. Late Cancellations and No Shows
A £5 charge will apply for two or more cancellations or no shows made within one hour of the class booking time, within any seven day period. This policy helps ensure fair access to classes for all members.
7. Class Bookings
Class bookings are managed through our third party booking platform, GoTeamUp. By booking a class, you agree to abide by both our policies and the terms of service of GoTeamUp.
HT Fiit Studios reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or availability at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any changes.
8. Health and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit and able to participate in our classes. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult your doctor before participating and inform your instructor before each class.
HT Fiit Studios is not liable for any injury sustained during classes unless caused by our negligence. You participate in all activities at your own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of HT Fiit Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HT Fiit Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
