ABOUT ME
Hello all
Firstly, I would like to introduce myself and tell you a bit about my background. My name is Hanh Tran (an unusual name I know) and I’ve always been into sports. Thats all I knew growing up. I’m either out in the playground running around or getting involved with sports activities at school. Sales was a career that I knew for 12 years, that city life of 9 - 6 and then gym after work. My ex-colleagues will comment ‘Hanh you're always eating healthy and at the gym, why don’t you do it professionally’
In 2016, I took a 6 weeks sabbatical and undertook a Personal Training Course. Soon after that, I was ready to share my knowledge and dedicate my time to motivate you all.

PERSONAL TRAINING
My experiences in fitness training include a focus on a variety of workout programmes such as strengthening, toning, weight loss, weight gain, booty gains, resistance, endurance, boxfit, high intensity training and more. A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in tip top shape.

WEIGHT LOSS NUTRITION COACHING
The biggest challenge for the majority of people in my experience with weight loss are their nutrition intake. With help and motivation to guide you when to eat and what to eat will be a step closer to your goal. It involves a nutrition guidance plan for you to follow, monitoring you daily by sending your food diary to me via WhatsApp and weekly check in.
